NORTH MORGAN CREEK

North Morgan Creek Ranch consists of 4,500 acres of owned and leased land located near Oplin, Texas, 30 miles southeast of Abilene.  The ranch is made up of diverse vegetation including live oaks and mesquite over a rolling rocky terrain.  All hunt packages include lodging in our 3,800 square foot lodge.  Two fully furnished apartments are available for couples who hunt together.  


All hunt packages also include meals served family style from our full service restaurant kitchen. The cuisine served usually consists of some type of game animal from the ranch.  Beverages are also provided.  Hunts are conducted either by spot-and-stalk or from blinds over feeders and food plots that are designed to accommodate rifles, pistols, or bows.  


Hunters will be transported to and from hunting locations.  All normal sized game harvested(deer and hogs) will be field dressed and skinned at no charge.  There is a 10% charge for skinning, field dressing, and quartering all large game(bison, water buffalo, elk, eland).  Game will be stored in our cold storage facility until other arrangements can be made.
